Job Description

The Gaming Operations Performance Analyst (GOPA) is responsible for creating various game performance reports for the reoccurring revenue slot game install base.  Additionally, they will perform deep analysis to explore ongoing analytics that improve not only individual game performance, but total install base revenue per day.  This will include, but is not limited to, analyzing specific casino floor area performance, game theme and hardware analysis, and specific game configuration variations.  The successful candidate will be able to think critically with a deep perspective as well as identify broader scope opportunities.   The GOPA will also work within the Gaming Operations Group, and cross-departmental teams to accomplish goals set by Senior Management.




  • Design standardized reporting for the Gaming Operations division 
  • Support GO department manager with revenue per day and install-base forecasting analyses
  • Work with the Business Analytics team to define data requirements for all Gaming Operations analyses
  • Perform drill-down analysis on all key drivers to increasing revenue per day across install base
  • Some travel required to visit individual customers and gain greater insight to unique market conditions
  • Work with Product Management to understand all product features and incorporate knowledge into analyses and recommendations
  • Support the Sales organization in understanding and operationalizing game conversions, swaps, and floor movements  


Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years' experience in management reporting, analysis or finance
  • Demonstrable track record of working with and servicing internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work on complex problems with limited oversight.
  • Proficient with MS office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of excel functions and abilities.
  • Experience with enterprise reporting software
