Job Description

This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is responsible for taking all incoming calls and routing as needed. This position will monitor the ticket system and server monitoring system and dispatch as needed. This position will handle all customer parts quote requests and orders as well as follow-up on existing orders and quotes. This position will work a set schedule on a rotating basis. Evenings and nights are required during the rotation of team members. This position reports to the Manager of Customer Service.


  • Answer and route all incoming calls
  • Process customer part quotes and orders as they arrive
  • Monitor ticket system and server monitoring system
  • Follow-up on tickets, quotes and orders constantly
  •  Handle all incoming calls courteously and quickly
  • Process quotes and orders when they arrive and follow-up hourly to resolution
  • Identify and document issues presented in the monitoring system
  • Must have call center experience

Shifts available:

 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM          Tuesday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM         Sunday to Thursday        

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM         Sunday to Thursday

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM         Tuesday - Saturday


Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Order entry and Ticketing systems a must
  • Phone system and call center experience a must.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and phone systems
  • Basic computer skills required; May need to use all tools from Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Will need to be able to use a headset and phone system
  • Full time / 40 + Hours per week. Must be flexible to work a rotation of three shifts 8-5, 4-1am, and midnight to 9am. Will work evenings, weekends and assist with Holiday coverage.
  • Must be able to maintain a desk seated position for the entire shift.
