Job Description

This position works within the Jurisdictional Engineering Team and is responsible for analyzing jurisdictional requirements, submitting gaming products to external labs, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain compliance databases.

  • Responsible for the completion of product submission packages to the governmental gaming authorities and independent test labs (ITL), including, but not limited, to completing detailed forms, writing letters, reproducing software, firmware and documentation, and advocating on behalf of the company regarding submissions.
  • Ensures timely ITL certification and gaming agency approval entries into ArdentSky relative to product submissions, product (DR) certifications, product approvals, product revocations, etc.
  • Maintain effective status reporting and tracking systems for all submissions made for each lab.  Verify information accuracy upon approval, inform company management of new approvals, and maintain the data for agency approval letters.
  • Organize and maintain effective filing and archive system of submitted software. Coordinate the procurement and movement of product inventory in each gaming agency lab and independent testing laboratory.
  • Create and maintain documentation for product submissions of all electronic gaming devices, including software, hardware, firmware, and peripheral equipment.
  • Provide input for approval, revocation, and rescinded notifications for company wide distribution. This requires knowledge regarding functionality and/or bug modifications from version to version to ensure each jurisdiction has the correct product version available and compliant.
  • Stays current on rules & regulations of the various gaming jurisdictions as they pertain to submission requirements.
  • Other duties as required and/or assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or relevant work experience
  • 2 or more years in a fast-paced work environment
  • The ability to interpret and disseminate information
  • Ability to problem solve – identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Oral and written communication - possessing group presentation skills
  • Must possess good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Familiar with a variety of field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Project management skills including Project PlanningFedEx Ship Manager
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Familiarity of Ardent Sky is a plus
