Job Description

The Technical Recruiting Manager's focus will be to identify/screen/qualify candidates for technical, engineering and R&D positions.


  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
  • Build a strong pipe-line and foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  • Follow up with candidates through the hiring process
  • Attend job fairs and create innovative ways to attract and retain strong talent
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to learn technical information
  • Self-confidence and self-starter
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting talent at various levels in a multi-site global organization. 
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure the job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate standards. 
  • Proficiency with traditional web sourcing techniques (location specific searching, targeted community searching, etc.).
    Sourcing strategy will include diversity initiatives, talent pipeline development techniques, network development, recruiting events, identifying internal talent for appropriate developmental opportunities. 
  • Develop and implement search strategy for passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social media tools.
  • Develop, report, and present performance metrics and market trends to senior leadership team.
  • Personal energy to proactively address situations and adopt a positive approach; resilience in front of change and obstacles.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of corporate full-life cycle recruitment.
  • Experience in the development and analysis of recruitment metrics
